Autumn/Winter Trends 2012

With dark evenings upon us and a bitter chill in the air it definitely feels closer to winter and all to easy not to want to make much of an effort with make up anymore.  But here are some Gothic inspired looks that are super trendy right now, just in time for Halloween!

These looks are all about drama and have a slightly gothic edge to them like vermillion lips seen at Gucci and dramatic, smudged liner to create a vampish look at Jean Paul Gaultier.  Other staples are beautiful, deep hues of nail polish like  Black Cherry Chutney (A dark black-red colour) and Yoga-ta Get This Blue (a deep royal blue) by O.P.I.  Fake lashes  give you an instant glam boost and make your eyes look bigger so are also a must-have this season whether for day time or evening.
